Fairly friendly and outstandingly accommodating employees!

Top quality hotel, the stay was really good, marvellous location right next to the city centre. Plenty of food for breakfast including coffee, tea, toast, and cereals. Large bed, a decent size bathroom and an electronic key card, 

Had twin room with comfortable bed and wake-up service was available in it.

Property was well-maintained and absolutely great, we liked this place.

the room itself was extremely spacious with decent aircon.

The location was great and stunning for traveling around Bristol, very close to the city centre of Bristol, waterfront and shops and the central coach station.

Stayed for 1 day and didn't want to say goodbye, I would come here again. Excellent quality hotel, I liked its very central location near to the Cabot circus shopping center also plenty of options for food, town centre 

Particularly good and stunning location so close to a methodist church. Great-sized units with a really comfortable bed.

Location just off the waterfront, the city centre & Cabot Circus shopping centre and the central coach station. Spacious room, with nice touches and contemporary decor.

It was in the heart of Bristol with Showcase Cinema de Lux nearby.

The bathroom was dirty.

Well-maintained place with public parking, so don't hesitate to come here by car. The staff are pleasant and attentive. The hotel has the restaurant for breakfast.

We spent lovely time and did not want to leave. The place was fairly clean with public parking and an exceptionally comfortable bed. The twin room was tidy, new-fashioned, with a large bathroom. The staff was superbly friendly & outstandingly

Everything was excellent, nothing to complain about, I would recommend it. Twin room included a multi-channel television, a dining area, and a seating area. The bathroom was large, that's important. The check in was efficient and the atmosphere was quiet throughout 

The venue was well-maintained and great quality, I liked the stay and the location was fantastic near the Cabot circus shopping center also plenty of options for food as well as the Quay. My room was reasonably spacious with modern decor. 

I liked staying in this property and its marvellous location.

The twin room with a really comfortable bed had basic facilities you need.

Good-sized and well-stocked units with a 32 inch TV and a nice shower plus decent Aircon. Coffee, tea, toast, and cereals for breakfast for vegetarians.
